Accessibility Sidewalk Project

To the Membership of BMRPA,

This week a contractor is working on the Sidewalk Accessibility project.  He should have the forms ready by tomorrow (Friday, September 26). On Monday, September 29, 2025, he will be placing concrete. We are installing concrete ramps at the north and south entrances of the canopy for easier access to the canopy from the parking lot.

If you are at the outdoor range this weekend - please do NOT walk through the forms setup for the concrete placement.  The canopy can be accessed by the North canopy opening (on the north side of the opening). The range will be open for use this weekend, however, there is a match on Saturday.

As stated, hopefully, the contractor will have the concrete placed by Monday and he'll be able to strip forms by Tuesday. Then we'll need to wait another 7 days before the parking pads can be used. The sidewalks should be ready for foot traffic later next week.

In addition, we plan to do some additional landscaping in front of the canopy next week (Sept. 29 - Oct 3). So there might be some intermittent closing of the canopy range next week.
