Discipline Description For Pistol

Any rimfire (22 Long rifle cartridge) handgun can be used.

Sessions will be held at the indoor range.

Firing will take place from the 50 yard line using the benches at the indoor range. Any reasonable rest can be used, however, ransom or locking rests are not allowed.

There will be weekly Friday afternoon practice sessions. Matches will be held on the last Friday of the month.

There will be 2 categories – Iron sights and Scope (which includes red dot sights). Matches will be 40 shots for record. Competitors can shoot one or both events (scope and iron). Sighting shots will be allowed before and/or during record fire.

Registration and setup is at noon.

The cost is $10 for each practice session and $10 per gun on match day. Jim Vollmer 701-226-4151.
